“Seoul Best of the Best Animation Festival 2018” (SBAF) is the one of popular animation festivals in Seoul, South Korea. It was 12th for them to hold this festival 2018 since they launched it back in 2007, and they started this year associating with “The 22nd Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival” (SICAF 2018) to aim to develop their festival and entire animation market in Seoul and South Korea.

This year, they held screening of ”21st Japan Media Arts Festival Award-winning Program”.
