This year’s 27th Manga Barcelona (Spain) will be a hybrid of onsite and online from Friday, October 29, 2021, until Monday, November 1, 2021.
We have launched a special website “Manga, Ties and Bonds” as a collaborative online project this year.
The exhibition features UMINO Chika, winner of the 24th Japan Media Arts Festival Manga Division Grand Prize for her work March comes in like a lion, and introduces seven works of Japanese manga. There will also be online events, including interviews with KOHINATA Maruko and HIRAKO Waka, and a round table discussion to be held at the Barcelona venue. Please check it out.
